A SIMPLE SOURDOUGH PIZZA RECIPE THAT SAVES US MONEY

Pizza used to be a way to eliminate waste. It was a famous meal in Italy and one that was considered to be a poor man’s rich idea. They used the flatbread as a plate and topped the pizza with garden leftovers and then cooked it over a high-heat flame.

I have found that its simple ingredients and the ability to give my kids autonomy at dinnertime is our family favorite and one that we have multiple times a week!
